Social responsibility matters at Konvergent. It’s why we encourage our people to take part in a volunteering day each year. It’s also why we’re involved with The National Autistic Society, Mind, Mental Health Foundation and Asha (supporting families in the slums of Delhi).


We also encourage diversity and eliminate discrimination, both as an employer and a service provider.


With a workforce of people from diverse backgrounds, we can better understand the world we’re designing for. And, when everyone feels respected, they can truly express themselves and do their best work.
