As well as several big-name businesses, Konvergent also has several smaller, more agile clients. Thanks to a personal relationship dating back 15 years, we began working with PRMA, a pharmaceutical market access organisation, in 2017.
Since then, Konvergent has helped PRMA in several different areas. We have supported them with everything from application and security architecture to helping a new acquisition's board understand the benefits of enterprise and business architecture within M&A.
By working in a collaborative way, Konvergent is helping senior stakeholders realise the true potential of strategic architecture. Previously, many of them were unaware of its value. A 10-year personal relationship with the Chief Enterprise Architect led Konvergent to an exciting and rewarding relationship with Bupa.
