Social responsibility matters at Konvergent. It’s why we encourage our people to take part in a volunteering day each year. It’s also why we’re involved with The National Autistic Society, Mind, Mental Health Foundation and Asha (supporting families in the slums of Delhi).

We also encourage diversity and eliminate discrimination, both as an employer and a service provider.

With a workforce of people from diverse backgrounds, we can better understand the world we’re designing for. And, when everyone feels respected, they can truly express themselves and do their best work.

Further to our policies above, Konvergent are now registered with Ecologi. This is a fantastic scheme that allows us to further protect and support the environment by offsetting our carbon footprint.

As of February 2022, we’ve earned our 7 month badge, and our eKovergent forest (pardon the pun!) has had 1690 trees planted, while we have contributed to wind farm projects in India, Thailand and Bulgaria, to name just a few. So far, this has allowed us to offset over 120 tonnes of CO2 in seven months – the equivalent of 95 long-haul flights!

The climate crisis is real. At Konvergent we’re passionate about the need to be more sustainable to tackle it. Ecologi empowers us to do just that through their reforestation and carbon offsetting projects.
