Please note this is a guide only. The nature of architecture and the cross pollination of roles means that until we have completed the role definition process it is not possible to confirm the level. Domain titles sit within the various levels. For example, a Salesforce Architect or Data Architect could be a level 4, 5 or 6 depending on the deliverables required.
If we cannot produce a shortlist against the agreed scorecard, there is no fee.
If you do not sign off on the shortlist, the deposit comes back in full, with no conditions.
If the placed architect leaves or is exited inside six months, we run the search again at no fee.
No candidate we present to you is presented to another client, now or later in the process.
The range is benchmarked before we start.
If it will not attract the right person, we say so and decline the assignment.
Invoices are raised against deliverables you have signed off, not against time spent.
Pricing is for outside IR35, Statement of Work deliverables based work.
