Every associate gets up and running quickly. They do not need mentoring or hand-holding. They get on with the work with the minimum of fuss and come back to you only when they need to.

Our associates find out who the key stakeholders really are and build relationships with them. In many of our larger clients, that is not as straightforward as it should be, and it is critical to an associate’s success.

A lot of architects become victims of their own success. They are asked to more meetings and more projects, and their workload keeps growing until something gives. A Konvergent Associate knows when to say yes, and when saying yes would affect the delivery of their work. That only comes from confidence in their ability and their position.
