During a large HR transformation project, our client (a global engineering firm) needed to present their employee lifecycle to key stakeholders within a PowerPoint presentation. The information was muddled, confusing and wholly unengaging in its previous form. The client was used to using boxy and outdated PowerPoint layouts and distracting animations. PowerPoint can seem restricting in its design and layout options, but the KV Design Studio knew how to completely transform the deliverable within the existing program and were there to support the client.
Our design team overhauled this diagram using interactive functionality within PowerPoint to create a presentation which is both engaging and easy to understand. Clunky and confusing boxes were replaced by smooth and satisfying shapes and clickable buttons which allow one piece of digestible information to be viewed at a time. The client was also relieved that this could be created and presented within PowerPoint itself, meaning they didn’t have to switch between programs or tabs when sharing with stakeholders. As this was created within Powerpoint, the client was not left with a deliverable that they didn’t have the skills to later edit themselves.
